What a great story about friendship!  I laughed and found tears in my eyes as I watched this unlikely duo playing, loving each other and just being the perfect example of friendship.  I wish we humans could be as carefree and trusting as these two.

Bassetts!

Those of you who have had the pleasure of owning or just being friends with Bassetts know how loving, fun and purely comical they can be.  We have a couple of Bassett's that are long time clients and great friends, Miss Skarlett and Bomber.  Besides being the two most loving dogs we get to care for, they are hilarious with their antics!  Here is Skarlett trying out her new table scraps grabbing technique...

Rear Gear for Dogs and Cats?

Dogster brought us a very funny story about Rear Gear for your dogs and cats.  They look a little like air fresheners you hang in your car, but they are not.  They are to cover the rear of your dog or cat.  When we saw this blog, all we could think was, wow we now have everything for dogs and cats.  Maybe we have gone too far.  But as it turns out, this is not the latest trend, just a very funny novelty.

Help Design the New Park!

We all know that we need more parks, but how would you like to help design one?  There is a new park coming to the 400 block on South Spring and this evening you are invited to participate in the second design of the park.  The park will not be done until 2011, but all of us Barker's can't wait to use it!
